The Basic Culinary Arts Certificate of Achievement program provides training for entry-level careers in the food service industry. Emphasis is on the back of the house basic cooking and baking skills, as well as safety and sanitation. The certificate can be completed along with added classes to obtain additional certificates in culinary arts allowing you to further prepare for a career in the food service industry.
